Returns:
We do not accept returns for any items. Customers are responsible for reviewing all customizations for errors before submitting an order. Items may only be exchanged if they are defective or if we have made an error in spelling or product.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our leather products, which is why we offer a 2-year warranty on all items. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects under normal use. Please note, it does not apply to damage caused by accidents, misuse, or wear and tear. If you experience any issues within this period, feel free to contact us for assistance.
