Can I customize my bag?
We offer a wide variety of designs you can mix and match - combining different leathers, colors, and embroidery options to create a bag that feels personal. While we don’t do fully custom work from scratch, the possibilities within our collection are extensive.
How long does shipping take?
Each bag is made to order and personally embroidered just for you. From the moment your name is submitted, our team begins the careful process of crafting a one-of-a-kind piece - aligned, centered, and stitched with precision.
Please allow 3–6 weeks for this personalized process to be completed. It’s worth the wait.
What kind of leather do you use?
We use only premium, full-grain Argentinian leather, renowned worldwide for its exceptional softness, durability, and rich texture. This is the same grade of leather trusted by luxury automotive and fashion houses. Every hide is hand-selected and tanned using traditional methods to ensure it ages beautifully and stands the test of time.
Do you offer anything besides Tallis and Tefillin bags?
Yes! We also craft challah covers, Havdalah sets, and Lulav bags - all in the same high-quality leather and attention to detail you’ll find across our collection.
Can I order outside the United States?
We ship internationally! Just reach out to us before placing your order so we can provide you with a custom shipping quote based on your location.
Where can I see your bags in person?
We’re primarily an online store and dedicate personal attention to each client to provide a thoughtful and personalized experience. However, if it’s important for you to see our bags in person, we have samples available at select Judaica stores in the New York and New Jersey Jewish neighborhoods - just ask us for details!
